Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:08 PM ET) -- London-based private equity firm Terra Firma said Monday it is scooping up Four Seasons Health Care, the U.K.'s largest independent nursing home and specialist care provider, in an £825 million ($1.3 billion) deal that will slash the health company's debt burden.
