Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 3:30 PM ET) -- A veteran Silicon Valley corporate mergers and acquisitions partner, considered a top venture capital attorney, has joined Alston & Bird LLP from Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Alston & Bird said Monday.
Ted Hollifield, who had been a corporate partner in Dorsey & Whitney's Palo Alto office since 2006, will advise firms on public equity and debt offerings, venture capital deals and other emerging growth matters.
