Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 3:49 PM ET) -- The head of WilmerHale's fund formation practice group has joined Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston as a partner in the firm's private investment funds practice and will advise on private equity and venture capital fund formation, Goodwin Procter said Monday.
Thomas A. Beaudoin had been a partner at WilmerHale in Boston since 2004 and headed up the firm's fund formation work. He had been a fund formation attorney with Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP, which dissolved in 2005.
