PE Firm, Construction Co. Launch $500M Midstream JV

Law360, New York (June 05, 2012, 5:57 PM ET) -- Amid a domestic oil and gas boom, New York-based private equity firm Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP and Omaha, Neb.-based construction firm Kiewit Corp. have teamed up on a $500 million joint venture to invest in the midstream stage of gas and oil production, Tiger said Tuesday.
