Law360, New York (June 06, 2012, 2:09 PM ET) -- Catterton Partners will join fellow private equity firm GrowthPoint Partners to invest in the Mendocino Farms gourmet sandwich company, infusing the budding restaurant chain with the capital it needs to reach beyond Los Angeles, the parties said Tuesday.
The trio did not disclose the transaction's financial terms but said the deal will allow the seven-year-old fast-casual restaurant to open new locations in Southern California and set the stage for expansion to other regions.
