Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 2:14 PM ET) -- A Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP attorney who specializes in private fund and portfolio company work has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP in New York, where he will head the firm's New York private equity practice, Dorsey announced Tuesday.
E. Eric Rytter, formerly part of Cadwalader's robust private equity practice in New York, will be part of Dorsey's corporate practice group, the firm said.
