Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 1:56 PM ET) -- Vista Equity Partners LLC scooped up Web-based recruiting software company Bullhorn Inc. in a deal that will broaden the technology-focused private equity firm's geographic footprint and accelerate the growth of its product collection, the pair said Thursday.
The parties did not disclose the deal's financial terms or give a closing date.
