Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- Private equity giant KKR & Co. LP will buy hedge fund manager Prisma Capital Partners, it said late Monday, expanding into funds of funds and other more liquid investment products as it continues to increase its menu offerings.
Financial terms were undisclosed. Prisma, which had $7.8 billion in assets under management as of April 30, will continue to operate under its own brand.
