Law360, Chicago (July 02, 2012, 9:36 PM ET) -- Intel Corp.'s global investment unit has sold its stake in online retailer Netretail Holding BV to MIH Allegro, a subsidiary of media group Naspers Ltd. that now holds a controlling interest in the target company, Intel said Monday.
Intel Capital had been the lead investor since 2008 in Netretail, which operates in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
