Law360, Chicago (July 09, 2012, 12:11 PM ET) -- Loeb & Loeb LLP has snapped up a Beijing-based attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals in the technology arena from Paul Hastings LLP, Loeb & Loeb said Monday.
Roger C. Peng joined Loeb & Loeb as a partner in its Beijing office after leaving his post as a partner in Paul Hasting's office in the same city. He also previously worked as the managing partner of the Beijing office of Hogan & Hartson, a predecessor to Hogan Lovells.
