Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 5:28 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Monday affirmed an ex-Triumph Capital Group Inc. vice president and general counsel's conviction on obstruction of justice charges related to a pension kickback scheme, ruling an alleged violation of his due process rights wasn't enough to overturn a jury's verdict.
