Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 5:05 PM ET) -- Evercore Partners Inc., an advisory firm founded by former U.S. Treasury Deputy Secretary Roger Altman, will form a partnership with the investment banking unit of VTB Group to develop deals between the U.S. and Russia, the pair said Monday.
Under their “strategic cooperation agreement,” the firms said they will work jointly to build up cross-border business opportunities involving companies, funds, government agencies, individuals and assets in Russia and North America.
