Law360, New York (February 06, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- Two former Paul Hastings LLP partners have joined King & Spalding LLP as Atlanta-based partners in the firm's financial institutions practice, the firm said Monday.
Chris Molen and Craig Lee will counsel banks, hedge funds and others in lending to companies throughout the region, the firm said.
Molen, who earned his law degree from Indiana University, spent the past 19 years at Paul Hastings, most recently heading the firm's finance practice in Atlanta. Before joining Paul Hastings, he spent 17 years at Powell Goldstein LLP....
