Law360, New York (February 06, 2013, 5:59 PM ET) -- Singapore-based private equity firm Asia Growth Capital Advisors said Tuesday it has acquired a portfolio of investments in Asia from Credit Suisse Group AG, its affiliates and other investors in Credit Suisse Private Equity Asia Partners LP.
AGCA, which focuses on investments in India and Southeast Asia, partnered with lead investor HarbourVest Partners LLC, which structured the transaction, and co-investor Axiom Asia Private Capital. The deal furthers AGCA's stated platform of providing liquidity and secondary transactions to investors in Asia, the firm said.
