Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Alliance Data Systems Corp. has sued Blackstone Capital Partners, this time alleging that the private equity firm acted in bad faith to wriggle out of a $170 million business interruption fee in a botched acquisition.
