The EU has been scrutinizing the deal since it was announced in September, and last month extended the deadline for when it had to make a decision on the deal to the March 12. The deal seeks to create a titan in the world of automotive suppliers, bringing together two companies that combined raked in about $41 billion in sales in 2013 alone....
