The report cited a filing made with the "German cartel office" that showed Intel is seeking approval to acquire the stake in Here, which is owned by German carmakers BMW, Daimler AG and Volkswagen AG. The news comes about a month after two Chinese companies and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC bought a 10 percent stake in Here, according to the report. Reports in March said that Amazon.com Inc. was in talks to buy a stake in Here....
