Law360, New York (August 28, 2009, 3:54 PM ET) -- A Texas jury has freed Yamaha Motor Corp. USA of liability in a case brought by the family of a 13-year-old boy who died while riding one of the company's Rhino all-terrain vehicles.
Thursday's verdict, in the 163rd Judicial District Court of Orange County, Texas, rejected product liability claims brought by the family of Forest “Eddie” Ray, who died in September 2007.
