Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 4:38 PM ET) -- An elderly man who has alleged that taking Johnson & Johnson's antibiotic drug Levaquin caused him to suffer a ruptured tibial tendon has joined the fray in a multidistrict litigation that involves about 150 lawsuits.
William Dowling filed a lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota against J&J and its units Ortho McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development LLC.
