Applebee's Suits Over Hidden Fat Sent To State Court

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 4:12 PM ET) -- Two proposed actions accusing Applebee’s International Inc. of fraudulently mislabeling the nutritional content of Weight Watchers International Inc. menu items will head back to state court, taking a bite out of the companies' bid to consolidate several similar cases in multidistrict litigation.
