RC2 Pays $1.3M To Settle Lead Toy Train Allegations

Law360, New York (January 05, 2010, 3:30 PM ET) -- RC2 Corp. has agreed to pay $1.25 million to resolve allegations from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission that it imported and sold toy trains tainted with lead.

The CPSC announced Dec. 29 that it had provisionally accepted the penalty settlement.
