Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 3:54 PM ET) -- House Energy and Commerce Committee chairman Henry Waxman, D-Calif., and oversight and investigations subcommittee chairman Bart Stupak, D-Mich., have directed Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. to provide documents showing that the computer systems on its vehicles are not the cause of the accelerator problem that prompted a massive recall.
