RJ Reynolds Must Pay Smoker's Widow $9M: Jury

Law360, New York (February 09, 2010, 3:56 PM ET) -- A Florida jury has ordered R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. to fork over $9 million in damages to a woman whose husband died of lung cancer after smoking for nearly 50 years, finding that the tobacco giant fraudulently concealed information relating to the health effects of cigarettes.
