Deal Over Travis Barker, DJ AM Plane Crash Approved

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 6:39 PM ET) -- A California state court judge has approved a deal under which companies including Learjet Inc. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will reportedly pay millions of dollars to the widow and son of former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker's assistant, one of four people killed in a 2008 Learjet crash.

Brian Panish, an attorney for Chris Baker's widow Otilia Baker and her 3-year-old son, told Law360 that the settlement had been approved in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.
