I-Flow Pump Liability Suits Survive Summary Bid

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 7:58 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected both I-Flow Corp.'s bid for summary judgment and its attack on experts claiming its infusion pump caused plaintiffs' shoulder conditions, setting the stage for a product liability trial in April over the device.
