Top DOJ Health Fraud Cop Heads To Arnold & Porter

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 5:58 PM ET) -- The former prosecutor in charge of the federal government's fight against criminal health care fraud has joined Arnold & Porter LLP in its Washington office.

Kirk Ogrosky, who served as deputy chief for health care fraud in the U.S. Department of Justice's criminal division, joined the firm this week as a partner in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and health care practice, the firm said Monday.
