Graco Recalls High Chairs Over Stability Concerns

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 12:45 PM ET) -- Graco Children's Products Inc. has voluntarily recalled approximately 1.2 million high chairs in the United States, responding to reports of the Harmony High Chair tipping over unexpectedly and injuring children.

The company, which also produces car seats, strollers and other children's products, said Thursday that it had received reports of 24 injuries related to the Harmony High Chair, including bumps and bruises on children's heads and a hairline fracture on a child's arm.
