CPSC Aims To Define 'Children's Product'

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 5:34 PM ET) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is issuing a proposed interpretive rule aimed at providing further guidance as to what constitutes a “children's product” amid confusion among manufacturers about how to comply with the agency's sweeping new safety requirements.
