Howmedica Off Hook In Faulty Knee Replacement Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 12:58 PM ET) -- Howmedica Osteonics Corp. has won its bid to toss a product liability action brought by a patient who claimed that the company defectively designed a total knee-replacement system used in her surgery.
