GSK Paxil Suit Transferred From Minn. To NJ

Law360, New York (September 01, 2010, 2:41 PM ET) -- A federal judge has transferred a proposed class action accusing GlaxoSmithKline PLC of misrepresenting the safety and efficacy of its antidepressant treatment Paxil from Minnesota to New Jersey, saying the case “bears little to no connection with Minnesota.”
