Law360, New York (September 03, 2010, 12:35 PM ET) -- Corporate counsel estimate that spending on product liability litigation will decrease 1.1 percent in 2011, as an increasingly crowded and competitive market for legal services allows companies to shop around for the best price, according to a new report.
