Law360, New York (September 03, 2010, 1:50 PM ET) -- Toshiba Corp. has voluntarily recalled more than 40,000 notebook computers over concerns they can overheat and pose a burn hazard.
In notices released in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and its Canadian counterpart Health Canada, Toshiba said consumers should stop using Satellite T135, Satellite T135D and Satellite ProT130 Notebook Computers purchased in the past year.
