Graco Recalls 2M Strollers After Infant Deaths

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 4:38 PM ET) -- Graco Children’s Products Inc. on Wednesday recalled about 2 million strollers in response to reports of infants being strangled to death in the products.

The company, based in Atlanta, said it was working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to make sure consumers stop using the strollers.

The CPSC and Graco have received four reports of infant strangulation and death that occurred in the strollers between 2003 to 2005, according to the agency.
