Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 6:46 PM ET) -- Another Florida jury has let R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Philip Morris USA Inc. off the hook in a liability suit, handing the tobacco companies their sixth consecutive victory in their defense of the so-called Engle progeny cases.
