WTC Owners Battle Airlines Over 9/11 Settlement

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 8:53 PM ET) -- The developers of the World Trade Center asked the Second Circuit on Thursday to reverse the approval of a settlement over the 9/11 attacks, saying it unfairly cut down the damages that the developers could seek from airlines and their insurers.
