Wyeth Takes $58M Loss In Hormone Case To High Court

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 6:46 PM ET) -- Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday to hear its appeal of a Nevada jury's $58 million award to three women who claimed the drugmaker's hormone replacement therapy led them to develop breast cancer.
