Law360, New York (April 04, 2011, 9:18 PM ET) -- A California jury found for Yamaha Motor Corp. on Monday in a case over injuries a Bakersfield man sustained from alleged design defects of its Rhino 660 off-road vehicle that caused rollovers, its third such victory in the state.
After a three-month trial in Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, the jury found the Rhino's design was not responsible for Daniel Swainston's injuries, according to Yamaha.
