2nd Circ. Revives ConEd's Fight Over 7 WTC Collapse

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 7:08 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday revived Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc.'s negligence suit against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey over the Sept. 11, 2001, demise of an electrical substation at the base of 7 World Trade Center.
