Bayer WeightSmart Class Gets Nod In False Ad Fight

Law360, Chicago (November 28, 2011, 2:29 PM ET) -- A consumer suing Bayer Corp. and Bayer Healthcare LLC in New Jersey for alleged false advertising of the metabolism-boosting benefits of their One-A-Day WeightSmart vitamins won his bid last week for certification of a class of people who bought the products in Florida.
