Bill To Require FDA To Limit Arsenic, Lead In Juice

Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 5:08 PM ET) -- After a Consumer Reports study found “alarmingly high levels” of arsenic and lead in some juices, two members of Congress on Wednesday proposed a bill that would require the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to regulate the toxins in juice as stringently as in bottled water within two years.
