Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday granted cruise ship operator Carnival Corp.'s bid to add $66,000 in costs to its $16.7 million victory over Rolls-Royce PLC and Rolls-Royce AB in their dispute over an allegedly faulty luxury-ship propulsion system.
U.S. District Judge Patricia A. Seitz awarded the costs against Rolls-Royce PLC and Rolls-Royce AB, agreeing with a December report by a magistrate judge who found that Carnival’s costs, except for certain witness travel expenses, were recoverable.
