Nuclear Materials Caused Woman's Breast Cancer: Suit

Law360, New York (February 22, 2012, 5:14 PM ET) -- Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Group Inc. and Atlantic Richfield Co. were hit with a personal injury suit Wednesday by a Pennsylvania woman claiming that toxic radioactive emissions from two nuclear materials processing facilities they operated gave her breast cancer.
