Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 3:29 PM ET) -- An ex-Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner who represented W.R. Grace & Co. in a landmark criminal asbestos case and BP PLC in the Deepwater Horizon litigation has joined Jones Day as a partner in Washington, her new firm said Wednesday.
Former Kirkland & Ellis partner Barbara Harding, a toxic-tort heavyweight with expertise in tobacco, product liability and asbestos cases, was drawn to Jones Day's group focused on business and tort litigation and its client base, she said.
