Subaru Recalls Foresters Over Child Seatbelt Risk

Law360, Chicago (March 15, 2012, 12:21 PM ET) -- Subaru of America Inc. is recalling roughly 275,000 Subaru Forester vehicles because their seatbelts may prevent a child restraint system in the rear center seat from securely attaching to the car, federal safety regulators said Thursday.

The recall applies to certain model year 2009 through 2012 Foresters manufactured from Nov. 26, 2007, through March 13, 2012.
