Law360, New York (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- United States toymaker Mattel Inc. suffered through yet another massive recall on Thursday, pulling around 19 million toys from shelves worldwide amid concerns over high levels of lead paint and easy to swallow magnetic pieces.
All the toys, which include brand names such as Polly Pocket, Batman and Barbie, were manufactured in China, according to a joint release by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Mattel.
