Law360, New York (April 06, 2012, 7:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Housing and Urban Development filed suit in Illinois federal court Thursday alleging two real estate management companies failed to inform tenants of the presence of lead paint in 14 Chicago-area buildings.
