Supplier's Insurer On Hook For Tainted Fish, Fireman's Says

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 6:54 PM ET) -- Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. asked a California federal judge on Monday to declare that the costs of defending Rubio's Restaurant Inc. in a suit from a patron allegedly sickened by the restaurant's fish should be covered by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., the insurer of the fish supplier.
