$17M Deal Reached in Suit Over Deadly Duck Boat Crash

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 10:51 PM ET) -- The families of two Hungarian students who were killed and others who were injured in a 2010 collision between a tour boat and a light barge reached a $17 million settlement Wednesday with the boat operators, K-Sea Transportation Inc. and Ride the Ducks International LLC.
