Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 9:49 PM ET) -- Glam metal rocker and reality TV star Bret Michaels on Monday settled his suit against Tony Awards Productions and CBS Entertainment over a head injury he sustained at the 2009 Tony Awards that he says nearly killed him.
Though a settlement amount was not disclosed, an attorney for the defendants said in a letter to U.S. District Judge Andrew Peck that the two sides had reached an agreement and would release a statement to the public shortly. Judge Peck dismissed the suit.
