1st Circ. Says Insurer Must Cover Oxford Plane Repair Suit

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 1:43 PM ET) -- The First Circuit on Friday vacated a federal district court’s ruling that insurer Global Aerospace Inc. had no duty to defend Oxford Aviation Inc. from a product liability suit, ruling that Global’s "business risk" policy exclusions did not preclude coverage.
